The first thing you should look for when buying a copier in Miami is the capabilities that the printer provides a user. If you are a high volume copier, you will want to make sure that you find a copier that can handle a minimum of 10,000 sheets per month and will want to find a machine that requires minimal maintenance since you cannot afford downtime for repairs. If you are a lower volume user, you can get away with a machine that is not designed for as many prints. This is normally a lower range model that provides great prints, but is smaller.

In addition to print count, you need to determine whether or not you will be making color copies. A color copier is more expensive than a traditional black and white copier, but it allows you to do so much more with your prints. Regardless of the model you choose, you will need to be sure to check out the copier’s toner requirements and take the cost of toner into your overall business decision. This is a cost that is often overlooked by a buyer and it plays a major role in your copier’s total cost.
